Tutor Book 4 takes you up a step. Instead of being shown where your hands are placed, you have to find your hand position on the piano yourself.

Book Four uses the 4 major keys you have already learned in Books Two and Three: C, F, G and D major.

6/8 time signature is introduced along with chord inversions.

Book Four ends with dances and songs from around the world.

Book Four opens with a traditional piece in the key of F major, using a B flat in the key signature. For the first time in the series, you have to work out where to put your hands.
